Our Returns Policy

New regular priced items are eligible for return up to 30 days after purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping both ways.
Saddles have a 5-day return eligibility, no refund after that time. IF an offer is made on the saddle an it's accepted there is no trials or returns.
New items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and receipt. We are unable to process a return on dirty, unwashed, or used items.
Closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Supplement bags/buckets can only be returned if sealed & unopened.
Helmets and safety vests are not eligible for return, for the safety of our customers. If you are dealing with a warranty issue, please contact us.
Bits are non-refundable.
Any consignment is final sale.
